Talha Group - Brand Identity

Talha Group
Brand Identity for $1b Company

Founded by Abdullah Mohammad Talha, the Talha group comprises leading conglomerates, including the nation's foremost vertically integrated textile group. With the highest capacity and turnover, the group provides comprehensive solutions in Spinning, Dyeing, Knitting, Fabrics Manufacturing, Printing & Packaging, Arts & Entertainment, and Lifestyle Products. Operating in alliance with Noman Group, the aim is to empower its team for independent operations.

The Brief

The brief was to create a future-focused identity that encompasses technological advancement and progression. The logomark should be a 'T' letter-based mark that is sophisticated yet distinctive. The entire identity should evoke a versatile feel, open to being an umbrella for new industries and opportunities.

Our Approach

Building an identity that talks about Teamwork & Tomorrow through the wonder of Mathematical Magic.

Logo Concept

The founder & its people are at the heart of Talha Group's logo concept. The symmetrical parts of the 'T' stand for the founder's and the team's partnership and mutual importance. The founder is represented by the left half of the T, which emphasizes the company's visionary leadership. The other half of the T, which depicts the Talha Group's workforce, emphasizes the care and attention to detail that each employee brings to their work.

10:9 - A Magical Ratio

"The Founder & Its People" concept is also reflected in its ratio of 10:9 or 1.1111111 that symbolizes the founder's leadership and the employees' dedication. The whole number 1 on the left side of the decimal represents the founder's vision and impact, while the infinite 1s on the right represent the power of teamwork and collaboration of the employees. Together, they represent the unity and synergy between the founder and employees, driving the company towards success.

"Transforming Tomorrow"
 in Visual System

Talha Group's logomark incorporates subtle arrowheads that signify the company's commitment to progress and forward motion. By symbolizing the drive to seek out new opportunities and make a positive impact on the world, the arrowheads in the logomark remind us that success isn't about where we are, but where we are going. This serves as a powerful visual reminder to keep pushing forward and never stop moving towards a better tomorrow.

Pattern System from the Roots

The pattern system used here is an essential element that reflects the company's roots in textile manufacturing. The lines in the pattern are not just decorative, but rather they represent threads, which are an integral part of textile production. The threads also represent the interconnectedness of the various aspects of the company's operations, from the sourcing of raw materials to the production of finished products.

The fact that the pattern is also in the form of an arrow, aligning with the slogan "Transforming Tomorrow," adds another layer of meaning. The arrow represents the company's forward motion and its dedication to progress and innovation. It suggests that Talha Group is always looking to the future, seeking out new opportunities and ways to improve its products and services.

Pictograms Inspired from the Mark

The full set of pictograms was designed with inspiration from the logomark to ensure they are distinctive yet harmonious. Considerations such as arrow shape, curvature, serif width, and negative space were purposefully reflected in the set.

Logo Animation Concept

Logo animation also reflects the core concept of Talha Group. The two parts of T keep moving upwards and downwards which resembles the harmony of the founder and employees’ contribution. The symbol takes form with thread themed lines that portraits the root of textile manufacturing. Finally, when forming completed, the line logo transforms to solid one and moves upward to give the vibe of elevation of the company when perfectly placed.
